Serving on a committee is an ideal way to get more out of your CREW membership. The time commitment is small and the rewards are great. You make new contacts, get business tips and develop your skills, all while helping plan the activities you value most as a member of CREW.
Committee service gives you insight into your organization, standings on certain business issues, as well as the initiatives and expertise of the board and fellow members. Serving on a committee gives you a chance to work and interact with other committee members and share ideas. Committee participation is an important way to make connections and helps give a broader perspective of CREW's goals and objectives.
Get involved with one of the committees in which your particular expertise would be helpful - or try a new area in which you have always wanted to gain experience!
