Katherine Campbell of Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield recently referred an ITT division to Jackie Gilmartin of College Park Executive Suites. The division was looking for short-term office space to tide them over until more permanent space could be found.
Krista Costa of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. teamed with Michelle Rich Goode, a Triangle CREW member and president of Rich Commercial Realty in Raleigh, NC, for a transaction in Raleigh. Krista and Michelle worked together to sublease 6,192 sf of office space on behalf of AECOM. Vanessa S. Phillips, Esq., general counsel for the Kotarides Group of Companies, recently referred a zoning matter brought to her attention by Rodney Flores, P.E., an engineer and principal of Pinnacle Group Engineering, Inc. As in-house counsel, Vanessa could not provide assistance and referred the zoning matter to Ann K. Crenshaw, Esq., president of CREW Hampton Roads and partner, Kaufman & Canoles, who subsequently obtained further transactional business from the developer of the project. Kim Martini of Armada Hoffler Development used the architectural services of Cami Hahn’s firm Cox, Kliewer & Company, P.C. to pursue a mixed-use development within the master planned Town Center at Aquia project. Armada Hoffler was successful in its pursuit and the resulting development will be 287 apartment units over 50,000 sf of retail. Cami and Kim developed their relationship through CREW and re-established their two firms’ working relationship from a ten-year hiatus.
