Kim Martini
Kim Martini of Armada Hoffler recently received the CREW Hampton Roads 2009 Member of Excellence Award for her outstanding efforts and dedicated service. Nominated by committee chairs, this award recognizes a member who works above and beyond to promote and support the organization and its causes.
Kim is a native of Virginia Beach and holds a BS in Commerce with concentrations in Marketing and Management from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. Kim serves as the Director of Business Development for Armada Hoffler’s Development and Construction companies, with a primary focus on the Mid-Atlantic region. She actively participates in numerous work-related organizations on behalf of Armada Hoffler that include CREW, HREDA, ULI, HRACRE, and VEDA.
